Windmill Bakery is a family-owned, craft bakery that knows the importance of both product quality and customer service. We only use the finest quality ingredients to ensure that our breads, cakes and pastries are always delicious. For example, our flour comes from a multi-award winning mill that carefully selects grains from local farms. They use traditional roller milling processes, which means the flour doesn't heat up as much as other flour mills, protecting the protein from damage.

And most importantly, all our handmade products are baked to order, so you can be confident of exceptional freshness as well as great taste. That's what sets our scrumptious breads and cakes apart and keeps our customers coming back again and again.

As a family bakery, we like to treat our retail and wholesale customers as extended members of the family. That means putting you at the heart of everything we do and being ready to go the extra mile.

We've set up our systems to make life as simple as possible - along with the convenient online Click & Collect service and easy online account access, if you're a wholesale customers you'll enjoy smart phone delivery confirmation and the ability to choose whatever volume suits your business. And best of all, orders can even be adjusted up to 1pm the day before.

We've spent many years perfecting our traditional processes to create the very best breads and cakes. All our highly skilled craft bakers must pass rigorous training to make sure we produce the upmost quality, every time. You'll also be glad to know that we've gained SALSA accreditation, which means we've achieved standards written by food safety experts to meet both legal requirements and the 'best practice' expectations of professional food buyers.

I bought one of your Harvester Thick Cut loaves from my local shop near Leamington Spa, and it was superb! I loved it.
